I've been sewing all my life and making handmade crafts for many years.

 

A few years ago I made a personalised cushion for my friend's new baby daughter with her name, date of birth and weight hand sewn across it and pretty little hearts and pink teddy bears. She loved it and the orders started coming in!

 

It got me thinking that perhaps I should take the plunge and try my hand at selling my crafts at our local market in Greenwich, south east London.  It's a beautiful, historical market with a well-established designer-maker style that perfectly fits the variety of different crafts I make.  

 

The stall was a great success and pushed me into setting up this website to introduce Blossom & Blue's handmade needlecraft to a wider audience.  I now live in Swansea and love the local markets there.  I hope you like what you find on these pages!
